Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a passion for sales.
Duties:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular communication and account management techniques
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Technical sales experience is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar software
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
