Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on promoting and selling memberships to prospective clients.

Duties:

- Engage with potential customers to promote and sell membership packages
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales and memberships in the database
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing membership sales

-Social media expertise

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a membership and commission sales environment
- Strong ability to sell and persuade customers effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette skills for engaging with customers over the phone
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash register operations
- Ability to stock merchandise and maintain a clean sales and studio environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
