Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Specialist will be helping the Human Resources staff with a wide range of administrative tasks including, but not limited to, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee personnel and restricted records.
  • Provide onboarding paperwork for new hires in a timely manner.
  • Address employee relations issues, such as work complaints or other employee concerns.
  • Support other HR roles and perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or other related field preferred.
  • At least one year of related experience preferred.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
