Job Posting for Donation Attendant--House of Hope Mission Mart at House of Hope of the Pee Dee

We are looking for a full-time Logistics Coordinator who will provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting those dropping off donations at the Mission Mart.
Applicants must:
Welcome all customers when they enter the store with eye contact, a smile and a verbal greeting, and thank them when they leave
Treat all customers and co-workers with respect
Answer the phone and speak to customers in a professional and courteous manner
Coordinate with Back-End Manager to maintain product collection when needed.
Assist donors offloading donations, welcome them, and offer a tax receipt.
Pre-sort donations into gaylords.
Let the Back End Manager know when a gaylord needs to be swapped out.
Keep the donation area clean and tour ready at all times.
Keep the donation "curtain" closed at all times to prevent customer flow and pre-sort out of sight.
At the beginning of the shift bring in any donations left outside the door.
Sort through donations immediately as they arrive and place them in their designated bins.
Prepare work area at the beginning of each day.
Perform other duties assigned by managers
Take initiative in daily tasks
Work efficiently and display time management to accomplish work duties
Exhibit good work habits in attendance and punctuality
