Your Responsibilities:

• Attentive Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests, ensuring their satisfaction with the services. This will occur in pre-allocated locations across Orlando, where customers work, reside and shop.
• Account Management: Monitor customer accounts, ensuring services align with their budgets and meet their needs.
• Drive Business Improvements: Collaborate with team members to identify innovative ways to enhance our operations.
• Spotting Opportunities: Identify chances for upselling, cross-selling, and service renewals, contributing to our growth. Sales are a integral part of this position.
• Inspire and Lead: Train and lead a team of sales representatives, empowering them to achieve their potential.
• ​​Management: Take part in / learn how to manage and coordinate projects and campaigns under the guidance of experienced managers, learning how to plan, execute, and evaluate projects successfully.
