What are the responsibilities and job description for the Household Manager position at Household Staffing?
A retired couple in Princeton, NJ is looking for a pet-loving housekeeper who can also manage the house.
They need help with managing their home, cars, maintenance on the house, pool during the warmer months, pets (4 dogs and 3 cats), computers and technology, and running errands, managing a wine cellar, dealing with seasonal changes (outdoor furniture/pool), We have many contractor and maintenance people so the person hired would not have to 're-create the wheel' on everything. There will be some administrative support from our office, and they will not have to pay bills, but they will have to coordinate with the office and make sure bills and some mail gets to the office so that they can be dealt with. The main responsibility of the position will be to have everything run smoothly; they are willing to hire a cleaning service to help with deep cleaning.
Help the Husband with some companion care.
What Works Best for Family: Organized, likes animals, willing to 'pitch in' and while I am not looking for someone to do a ton of things that are not in a job description, that person will need to be flexible from time to time. I don't expect a lot of overtime, but it might happen occasionally. A good candidate will free up my folks (and brother) and will add administrative/coordination responsibilities because they are doing a good job.
