The Houston Texans are in a season of growth and are seeking an individual for the position of Event Operations Coordinator.
The Event Operations Coordinator will assist the Sr. Event Operations Coordinator in all aspects of parking, security and logistical tasks.

Skills Required:
· Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software applications.

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assist with coordination of staffing for part-time parking positions, logistics and operations for all Club and LSSE major Stadium events.
· Assist with coordination of staffing for part-time security positions, logistics and operations for all Club and LSSE major Stadium events.
· Assist with scheduling, training and placement of parking and security staff for Club and LSSE events.
· Assist with the planning and execution of Club and LSSE non-game events as needed.
· Assist in responding to fan parking and/or security feedback and fan mail and other customer service inquiries.
· Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Sr. Event Logistics and Operations Coordinator.
· Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.
Travel Requirements: Occasional local travel associated with event preparation and execution.

Educational Requirements:
· Completion of, or in pursuit of, a bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
· Event planning and/or execution experience preferred.
