Founded in 2019, HOVSCO has been a rapidly growing e-bike brand led by a dedicated team of cycling enthusiasts. Our team members mostly from top universities have the passion to help more people get healthy and fit through cycling. From the e-bikes used for commuting, trail exploring, urban jungles, mountain hiking or regular riding, we try to innovate different design and cool appearance to meet desires for different people. Actually, just before this, we have already had a successful career in the hoverboard and e-scooter business, which earned us millions of consumers’ trust, accurate industrial knowledge, and unshakable belief in safety.
What you will do:
As SEO and Content Strategist, you’ll manage the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital organic channels across the business. You’ll work with key business partners to develop strategies aimed at attracting and engaging customers to our website and digital channels. In addition, you’ll handle communications on status of ongoing initiatives and develop analysis of opportunities related to SEO and content optimization and creation. You’ll bring a culture of quality and performance with a focus on data-driven, customer-centric, and innovative marketing strategies.
- Function as single point of contact for business units to align their content to execution on digital channels
- Map content on customer journey and identify gaps, developing plans to fill them
- Measure and report effectiveness of content experiences (organic traffic, engagement, and conversions), driving optimization across the entire marketing funnel
- Manage KPI measurement
- Work with internal stakeholders to monitor the content experience to ensure alignment with brand goals
- Develop regular incrementality testing strategies to ensure content experiences are optimized for search engines and personalized to meet customer needs
- Work with external agencies to continually evaluate the digital industry and drive new SEO strategies that align to the digital customer profile of brand portfolio
Who you are:
- At least 3 years of experience driving digital marketing programs, SEO and content strategy
- Solid understanding of SEO concepts; proven experience implementing SEO processes and tools (SEMRush or similar)
- Proven experience in building content strategies & having them adopted across all channels
- Familiarity with insource/outsource models and agency management practices
- Knowledge of site analytics software (Google Analytics, etc.) and tag management a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven strategy development

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
