Night Auditor (weekends required)

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our hotel during the overnight hours. Duties:
- Perform nightly audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Reconcile and balance daily revenue and expense transactions
- Prepare reports detailing hotel revenue, occupancy rates, and other financial data
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process as needed
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Skills:
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other front desk equipment
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Familiarity with hotel operations, including front desk procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management software
