Wilkinson Companies is looking for a knowledgeable Payroll Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for processing all aspects of payroll. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented. Must have experience processing high-volume payroll. Part time- 30 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Process time cards and worksheets to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Ensure accuracy of payroll records by maintaining database.
- Process all payroll taxes.
- Maintain employee confidentiality.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements: Previous payroll experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. Strong attention to detail. Strong communication, analytical, math skills, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Degree in accounting
Compensation: Competitive and will be structured commensurate to the applicant's experience and qualifications.
Salary : $36,900 - $46,700
