ALL THAT YOU TO BE A NONPROFIT PROGRAM CLINICAL SUPERVISOR:
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) is preferred but not required.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR NONPROFIT PROGRAM CLINICAL SUPERVISOR?
As the Nonprofit Program Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Wraparound program. Collaborating with the clinical director, you will have the opportunity to interview, select, train, and supervise service coordinators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. Monitoring employee performance, completing evaluations, and resolving any performance issues will be key responsibilities in this role.
Additionally, you will provide oversight to client referrals, intake, and admissions, and maintain positive relationships with referring agencies. Your leadership in the utilization review committee will be crucial in improving the quality of services, and ensuring that the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) contract standards are met. By continuously monitoring and innovating to meet the needs of our clients, you will contribute to the success and growth of our wraparound program.
