Essential functions include:
- Serves as the SQF Document Administrator for Sacramento Plant.
- Track and maintain contractor packets. Issue reminders when packets are out of date. Track the Liability Insurance Certificates.
- Set up new vendors in Evolve.
- Receive, reconcile, and manage raw milk and bulk ingredient inventories in BPCS.
- Create Cream Sales Orders, sell cream and balance with vendors.
- Send out ETP training rosters.
- Backup for AP. Enter invoices into the spending spreadsheet and SAP. Scan invoices to AP. Track past due invoices and verify payment.
- Backup for Receptionist. Answering phones and checking in visitors.
- Backup for Shoe/Eyewear voucher program. Create and track shoe and eyewear vouchers for new and existing employees.
- Special projects/duties for management as assigned; general office support.
- Maintain accurate files

Physical Requirements…
Required High School Diploma or GED.- 2-3 years clerical experience
- Microsoft Office experience is required; computer knowledge is essential.
- Must have at least 1 year of AP experience.
- Organizational and Administrative knowledge required.
- Ability to work well with people.
- Communication skills are a must.
- Multi-tasked individual.
