Leader, Financial Planning & Analysis

We are in search of a Financial Planning and Analysis Leader. Location Newark, DE. Relocation is offered. Possibility of position being hybrid remote work arrangement depending upon responsibilities of the position and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all Medical division financial processes which includes strategic planning, annual operational planning and forecasting, and quarterly outlook
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting which includes P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, Capital Expenditure, associate headcount, and etc., while support business to develop appropriate financial measurement KPIs to enhance overall execution
• Drive weekly, monthly and quarterly financial review mechanism to enhance overall financial execution
• Work closely with Medical Finance Leader and Medical Leadership to provide insightful financial analysis to portfolio management processes as well as any Medical business strategic projects such as M&A, commercial execution growth initiatives, and etc.
• Lead financial support to all divisional functional teams which include Sales and Marketing, Medical Function, Business Execution and other G&A support functions
• Work with Divisional and Enterprise Indirect Procurement team to drive indirect savings while improving procurement processes
• Support Medical Finance Leadership in addressing Enterprise and Medical Leadership financial requests
• Collaborate with Enterprise FP&A and Transformation team in improving financial system efficiency and effectiveness
• Foster collaboration with the FP&A Team and financial partners across the businesses, regions, and functions to development/maintain consistent financial metrics and reporting
• Educate non-financial Associates on financial matters and how to interpret and impact financial results
• Proactively challenge existing finance processes & practices, and drive process change and improvement
• Provide leadership to a team of financial analysts supporting Medical function leadership and business processes
• Participate on the Medical Finance Leadership Team

Qualifications - External

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and business analysis experience; preferably in a global manufacturing environment with responsibilities which include analysis, reporting and forecasting
• Excellent analytical skills with robust experiences in financial model (both organic and inorganic)
• Working knowledge of accounting concepts (GAAP and/or IFRS)
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated leadership qualities or experience leading in finance or accounting
• Demonstrated ability to influence and integrate across project, functional, and business leadership teams
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in MedTech companies with similar or larger revenue size
• MBA and/or CPA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
