In this hybrid part-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while providing essential support to our HR team.

The Opportunity
Office Management :
- Mail Management : Regularly check, scan, and distribute mail, ensuring timely forwarding of financial documents.
- Supply Oversight : Oversee the inventory and ordering of office and kitchen supplies.
- Workstation Management : Ensure workstations are well-organized and fully equipped for optimal functionality.
- Cleaning Supervision : Monitor the cleaning crew's performance to maintain high office cleanliness standards.
- Package Reception : Receive office deliveries and retrieve packages from courier locations as needed.
- Equipment Disposal : Assist in the recycling and proper disposal of outdated electronic equipment.
- Asset Recovery and Distribution : Occasionally collect and allocate company assets from employees.
- Facility Liaison : Act as the main contact for facility-related issues with building management. coordinating with shredding services for secure document disposal.
HR Operations :
Maintaining precise records of contract details for contractors.
- Liaison Role : Serve as the primary point of contact between candidates and vendors for background checks, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- System Administration : Update internal HR Systems as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn HR software systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve office and HR-related issues efficiently.
- Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist where needed.
- Experience in office administration and / or human resources preferred
Perks and Benefits
Compensation : The pay range for this position is expected to be between $18 to $20 / hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
