E-Commerce Shift Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:We are seeking a Shift Manager to lead orders fulfillment and delivery operations for an e-commerce department of Tin Building project (restaurants orders and grocery orders). This will be fast growing part of the business with many opportunities. The successful candidate is tech-savvy, meticulous and enjoys working in food retail.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Executes department operations during scheduled shifts. Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned. Follows all operational policies and procedures. Act as the main point of contact for e-commerce fulfillment errors. • Balancing labor, ensuring that you are operating efficient shift while meeting all goals.• Coordinates process flow to ensure orders are dispatched on time to meet on-line customer delivery promise (restaurant orders and grocery orders).• Provide outstanding customer service to customers and employees alike. • Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep e-commerce operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.• Ensure Team Members have the proper tools to perform their jobs and communicate repair or replacement when needed to leadership.• Train, audit, and support Team Members to perform Tin Building standard operating procedures.• Report and escalate systemic issues as necessary and in a timely manner.• Ensure a safe working environment for our employees and guests to reduce the risk of injury and accidents; complete accident reports promptly in the event that a guest or employee is injured.• Ensure that company policies and procedures, safety and other laws, regulations, and requirements are followed.• Ability to manage expectations, processes, and multiple projects simultaneously.• Strong supervisory and leadership skills and able to demonstrate a high degree of emotional intelligence.• Operate ethically to protect the image of the company.• Must be able to maintain a schedule availability flexible to the business demands.  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:• 3 years’ experience leading a team.• 1 years’ experience within quick service or full dining restaurants.• 1 years’ supervisory experience with fast paced e-commerce/delivery operations, ideally in a retail (grocery shoppers) or other on demand services. • Comfortable working with advanced POS software, last mile/delivery platforms, handheld devices, shoppers’ app, and customer service-related platforms• Desire for ownership and growth in role – we have exciting growth opportunities for best in class • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to problem solve and prioritize. • High energy, enthusiastic, and displays an affinity for our products and core values• Ability to multi-task and handle interruptions in a fast-paced environment• Flexibility to work weekends and or evenings • Passion for high quality foodsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:• Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10 – 30 pounds on a regular basis.• Ability to stand for prolong periods of time. • Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the work area and property.  Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment. • Climbing steps regularly. Creative Culinary Management Company is an equal opportunity employer.
