Window & door dealer and distributor located near Medley is seeking an Office Manager who can assist the CEO with office management, Inventory management, Accounting , shipping/ receiving & database management.
This professional will assist w/
- Providing administrative support to our team
- Assisting with the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of the movement of materials through the production cycle while helping to determine material requirements.
- Assist with Inventory management
- Providing routine clerical support to purchasing and materials management in data entry, filing, and coordinating paper flow.
- QuickBooks Experience ( Preferred)
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintains all records needed for shipping and receiving
- Bilingual- English/Spanish (Preferred)
- Responding to routine inquiries relating to packing lists and shipping instruction. Compiling and maintaining records of materials received or shipped.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
