This is a part-time day shift so you would need to be flexible with the hours you are available to work during the day. As a recruiter, you will be working with multiple different companies in the area. You will be placing advertisements and calling and screening applicants to see if they are a good match for our clients.
Additionally, you should have hands-on experience in, but not limited to, one or more of the following business areas: recruiting, communications, human resources or training.
Job Requirements:
- You must live in or near the Salt Lake Valley to be considered.
- 1 years’ experience in recruiting, human resources or training
- Reliable transportation to make client visits and perform employee check-ins
- A home based working area free of external distractions
- Self-motivated to stay on task with no supervision
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a strong plus
