The Wholesale Digital Manager has a particular focus on the innovation banking team, but is not limited to: project management, testing, issue tracking and subject matter expert in the resolution of production issues. This involves leading cross functional teams (composed of business analysts, developers, designers, architects, vendors, and scrum teams) across different geographic locations operating in a lean agile product development environment.

As our Wholesale Digital Manager, you will be outcome driven, striving to solve real customer problems both for external and internal customers. This role holder will work closely with the rest of the digital team and stakeholders to create a superior customer experience, increase self-service functionality, and improve digital adoption and usage of the channels. This will involve managing and developing our digital products / services to enhance customer value and raise brand awareness in targeted market segments. In addition, you will also formulate and implement business initiatives, e.g., new product proposition, campaigns, and cross sell strategy, to ensure the overall profitability and cost savings.
For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $68,900.00 and $103,300.00.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

- Experience in financial services industry; either in Digital or Product Management, Client Management or IT.
- Solid understanding of digital and/or self-service platforms.
- Knowledge or experience in Cash Management and experience working with or in Information Technology (IT) or in Agile environment an asset.
- Demonstrated successful project management, process reengineering / business transformation experience.
- Ability to gather, analyze and interpret information in order to provide solutions that are commercially viable and sustainable.
