We need an individual who is comfortable building relationships with practice owners, hiring managers and other healthcare professionals. We've built a successful platform and effective processes. We seek an individual who will utilize those established resources and successful processes to match healthcare candidates to the employers/hiring managers who need them.
We are unique in that our platform allows our sales professionals to target all private practices within healthcare. No limitations, our platform supports providers and hiring managers from within any healthcare discipline and any job title from Anesthesiologist to Veterinary Technician. We use a subscription based model as our services act much like a continuous maintenance plan for our partner organizations. Most importantly, our pricing is the best in the industry ($499 yearly subscription for unlimited services or $99 monthly subscription for unlimited services). Our evolved technology enables us to reduce our pricing and our annual price point is less than most would pay for one month of similar service (makes for a condensed sales cycle). The successful candidate will be an Independent Contractor (IRS Form-1099). This is a very lucrative commission only position paying $100 per annual subscription or $20 per monthly subscription sold. We are completely transparent. Our average sales reps. have sold between 17-20 subscription per week. This is typically through an extremely aggressive, high touch campaign within your territory (100+ unique touches per week)

Responsibilities and Duties:
Establish and Manage Client (Employer) Relationships
This is an organic position. Which means, there are no sales leads. The expectation is to establish relationships with privately owned healthcare practices (not associated with hospital systems, large service organizations, venture capital or private equity groups, etc) within your defined territory. Ensure employers are fully informed on the product, process and platform capabilities. Once the subscription is sold, the account will be handed off to an "Experience and Relationship Manager" (Account Manager).
Marketing
- Responsible for marketing services to potential employer through phone calls, utilizing email and social media platforms
- Performing a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Sending and replying to emails in a timely manner
Qualifications and Skills
1+ year of experience in sales preferred
1+ year of healthcare experience preferred
Desire to work as a 1099 independent contractor (including working remotely, utilizing personal resources phone/computer, dependable mode of transportation, etc.)
Ability to demo HealthStaffConnect platforms capabilities.
