Snow & Ice Management - Route Manager
Role:
Managing plow truck drivers, loader operators, walk laborers, and sub-contractors.
Responsibilities:
Training employees when needed.
Managing salt and liquid usage of employee on your route.
Calling out employees and watching employee hours.
Managing job site and making sure they are serviced correctly.
Submitting time cards of employees and sub-contractors along with salt and liquid usage to branch manager.
Requirements:
This job is a seasonal job, you primarily work the months of November - March.
Hours are based on the weather. You could work 60 hours one week and 20 hours the next week. One week you might only work 2 days and the next week you could work 7. As a route manager you first in and last out.
NO SET SCHEDULE
This job is perfect for anyone that has a summer job and is looking for something in the winter. If you want to work a decent amount of money in in a short time this job is the job.
As a Rout Manager you are in charge of a lot. We need the individual for this position to have semi decent availability.
Individual for this job needs to have experience in the snow and ice business.
