This is a 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 11:00 am-7:00 pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work in a safe manner and follow all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace
- Set up and monitor extrusion process parameters
- Troubleshoot basic process and equipment issues
- Follows detailed product specifications, work instructions, and manufacturing orders
- Document production outputs, times, and efficiencies
- Verify and document that product quality specifications are being met
- Participates in continuous improvement activities
- Aspire to continuously acquire additional process and equipment knowledge
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to drive forklift/squeeze lift
- Must be able to use measuring devices
- Technically minded with a thorough attention to details
- Documentation must be legible and accurate
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good work ethic
- A good attitude
- Must have excellent attendance
- Must be able to work overtime/weekends, as needed.
- Prior extrusion experience is a plus
