Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive the company's growth and enhance brand visibility.
This role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure the successful execution of conferences, events, marketing campaigns, and the overall growth and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Sales Enablement :
- Implement dynamic lead generation campaigns tailored to cultivate qualified leads and bolster sales endeavors within the immersive training sphere.
- Collaborate closely with Director of Marketing and the Growth team to synchronize marketing initiatives with sales targets, furnishing them with requisite support and resources to optimize outreach and engagement.
- Create and deliver impactful sales enablement collateral, including but not limited to flyers, presentations, and videos, tailored to company needs and aligned with the growth objectives of the team.
Conference / Event Operations and Marketing :
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of conferences, including planning, logistics, vendor management, and support.
- Collaborate with Director of Marketing to develop marketing materials and promotional campaign strategies to drive awareness and engagement.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless execution and adherence to company objectives.
- Oversee event communications, including invitations, registration, and follow-up to enhance participant experience when needed.
- Promote conferences / events through digital marketing campaigns, social media, email outreach, and other channels to maximize visibility.
- Maintain thorough documentation of key conference and event details, ensuring all involved parties are kept informed and up-to-date.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging throughout all event-related materials and experiences
Marketing Coordination & Social Media Management :
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on content across diverse platforms, from blogs and whitepapers to videos, infographics, and social media posts, driving audience engagement and retention.
- Assume stewardship of the company's digital footprint and media presence.
- Coordinate promotional events, industry gatherings, and participation in trade shows, orchestrating immersive experiences that resonate with target audiences and bolster brand recognition.
- Assist in implementing Marketing Strategy initiatives.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the marketing function, furnishing precise reports to the executive management team to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities as delegated by senior management, contributing to the holistic advancement of the company's marketing objectives within the immersive training landscape.
Brand Management :
- Craft comprehensive brand guidelines encompassing visual aesthetics, narrative tone, and brand positioning, ensuring alignment with the company's growth strategy.

- Advocate for the ongoing evolution of brand identity to maintain its relevance in the immersive training industry.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Sendible, Sendgrid, and Canva.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus, demonstrating the ability to adapt and stay agile in a rapidly changing organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related experience.
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, with a focus on event coordination, digital marketing, and social media in a B2B enterprise software organization.
- Team oriented, collaborative, and self-motivated.
