Responsibilities and Duties:
- Facilitate employee on-boarding and termination, Administration of employee benefits programs
- Supporting HR function with an emphasis on record keeping, data entry and general HR tasks.
- Process semi-monthly payroll related tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Assisting the HR recruitment staff by assembling applicant folders, sending out emails and providing phone support when needed.
- Assisting with the creation and distribution of employment and HR-related correspondence materials to employees.
- Other administrative HR tasks.
Qualifications:
- AS Degree or higher preferred
- 3 years experience in Human Resource field
- Strong communication skills, patience and discretion, and flexibility
- Ability to meet deadlines while juggling multiple priorities, strong follow through
- Well organized, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound computer and systems knowledge and experience; Proficient with Excel reporting, Word, Outlook, and experience with using HR software.
- Bilingual in Chinese preferred
