We're presenting an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Technician. The IT Support Technician is responsible for responding to incoming help desk tickets and providing level I thru IV support for 100 users for ERP, CRM, Exchange, Office, VOIP and other applications, as well as providing desktop hardware support for both Mac and Windows based machines.
The IT Support Technician will create and manage tickets in the helpdesk tracking system ensuring each call is assigned and distributed to the appropriate technical resources while working with other internal and external techs to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution. In addition, this role will assist with the daily monitoring of systems, applications, and jobs to ensure critical success factors are obtained.
General Overview of What You'll be Doing:
- Provide support for onsite equipment for logistics/warehouse
- Ultimately responsible for positive end user IT experience.
- Assist in the on-call rotation
- Work with other internal and external techs to resolve issues and ensure issues follow-up with users
- Assist with the daily monitoring of systems, applications, and jobs to ensure critical success factors are obtained.
- Understand and investigate alerts and warning from all systems
- Assist with server patches, server upgrades and network upgrades.

What We're Looking For:
- 2-year degree within Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar require
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in software and hardware end user support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows platforms
- Experience supporting end user programs and researching problems to find long-term solutions
- Broad knowledge of PC/mobile hardware and Remote PC control tools
- Ability to coordinate with outside vendors on support issues
