Position Overview of the Sales Representative:
As a Sales Representative you will interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. You will be trained on the specific products we offer and their benefit to our customer.
Responsibilities and Qualifications of the Sales Representative:
· Meets dealership sales goals.
· Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
· Greets customer and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
· Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
· Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase.
· Computes and quotes sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
· Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract.
· Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
· Research availability of models and optional equipment.
· Engages in business development.
· Addresses customer concerns.
· Follows Hubler Automotive Group rules and regulations.
· Training will be Provided
· Motivation to be Successful
· Great Customer Service Skills
· Strong Computer & Phone Skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, E-leads)
· Prior Sales Experience Preferred
· Maintain Professional Business Attire and Appearance
· Self-Starter and Ability to be a Great Team Player
· Valid Driver’s License

Pay: $750.00 - $2,000.00 per week
