We are currently looking for an experienced and strategic marketing professional to lead and manage the marketing efforts and customer experience across our Marco’s Pizza and The Goddard School franchises, as well as our medical billing company. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with marketing activities, including conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, sales, customer service, and more. This position is full time and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Join our growing team working to provide exceptional support to various businesses!
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both Marcos Pizza and The Goddard School franchises.
- Collaborate with franchise owners and managers to align marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
2. Brand Management:
- Maintain a strong brand presence for both Marcos Pizza and The Goddard School franchises.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all marketing materials and touch points.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including print, digital, and promotional materials.
3. Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Analyze and optimize digital marketing performance using analytics tools to drive engagement and conversions.
4. Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty for both franchises.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing concerns and continuously improving the customer experience.
- Collaborate with franchise teams to ensure excellent service standards and consistent quality.
5. Franchise Collaboration:
- Work closely with franchise owners and managers to understand their specific needs and challenges.
- Provide marketing support, training, and resources to franchise locations to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns.
6. Travel Requirements:
- This role may require occasional travel to various franchise locations for meetings and training. As well as collaboration with B2B Partners.
7. Partnerships:
- Identify potential partnership opportunities with businesses that share our target audience or offer complementary products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for ongoing collaboration or new partnership ventures that align with our business growth strategies.
- Monitor and measure the performance of partnership collaborations using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as increased website traffic, lead generation, and sales conversions.
8. All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in market research and analysis
- Ability to effectively sell products and services
- Proficient in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in a similar role in the restaurant or education industry is a plus
