The Line Cook Job Is For You, If You Would Enjoy:
- Preparing food and beverages according to operational standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Working at the Greenville-Spartansburgh International Airport
Your Team is counting on you as the Line Restaurant Cook to:
- Provide open work availability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Work a full-time schedule
The Restaurant Cook Job Duties:
- Experience in a grill setting strongly preferred.
- Able to fill in where needed to ensure service, food safety and sanitation standards.
- Able to ensure all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition.
- Knowledgeable of proper rotation principals
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and evening.
- Stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.
- Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift loads, up to 50 lbs. unassisted, push and pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel
- Ability to multi-task
- High School Diploma or Equivalent;
- Two years of experience as a Grill Cook or similar
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to lift up to 30lbs.
- Ability to interact with diverse personalities.
- Proficiency in the operation of a cash register.
- Prior food experience preferred.
