The Commercial Reporting & Item Analyst role is for you, if you would enjoy:
  • Reporting and analyzing tasks and initiatives within the commercial team to streamline delivery and publication of recurring reports
  • Providing ad hoc reports, analysis and data clean up as needed
  • Working at the corporate office (NASC) in East Rutherford, NJ

Commercial Reporting & Item Analyst Key Accountabilities:
  • Set up, schedule, and maintain automated reports using multiple reporting systems
  • Access reporting systems to run ad hoc reports as needed
  • Compile and publish recurring reports as defined
  • Identify and research issues resulting in reporting data accuracy
  • Validate data across reporting platforms
  • Support data cleanup activities including brand/manufacturer, item categorization, etc.
  • Compile and assist in analyzing NOF (not on file) items and partner with Commercial, Operations, and Master Data teams in resolution
  • Participate in regular reporting meetings to identify system and process improvements and issues
  • Team Player supporting additional areas and tasks as needed

Commercial Reporting & Item Analyst Qualifications:
  • Ability to dissect and make sense of large amounts of data
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Requires strong Excel skills
  • Requires strong analytical skills
  • Focus and priority on accuracy
  • Ability to manage and balance multiple and varying tasks
  • Self-starter with team focus
  • Numbers driven
  • Requires Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years relevant experience in related field
  • Prior Retail or Merchandise Planning experience; SAP, BW, Power BI systems helpful
