This Office Administrator Position Is For You, If You Would Enjoy:
  • Processing transactions, collecting checks, making cash deposits, maintaining records of incoming and outgoing cash.
  • Working at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport

Your Team is counting on you as the Office Administrator to:
  • Provide availability to work a shift between 6:00 am - 8:00 pm on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
  • Work a full time schedule

Office Administrator Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile and balance cash drawers from retail shops.
  • Preparation of bank deposits
  • Daily communication (internal & external) as needed to research and resolve discrepancies regarding cash discrepancies.
  • Review purchase orders and/or other related documentation for completion and compliance with accounts payable policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Follows up and resolves outstanding accounts issues as they arise.
  • Performs additional back office duties as requested by leadership team.
  • Assist the team on the floor as needed (covering breaks, assisting customers etc.).

Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent time management and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem resolution.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be detailed, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal/external customers.
  • A minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience required for this position
