COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST-NO Covid Risk

Hudson Management Services has over 25 years of Business experience which we bring to the collection industry. We are looking for a Collections Specialist to secure monies on past due accounts for clients. You will be responsible for making outbound collection calls and handling inbound collection calls. Your goal is to collect full payment or negotiate payment plans on past due account for HMS Clients.
Experience in using Simplicity and Nexus-Lexis software is required. You will be using the collection software’s to perform calls and skip tracing to secure the payments.
We are looking for high achievers that understand collections are a results-based industry. Individuals must be comfortable resolving 80-100 calls a day to be productive team member.

Responsibilities

.Our Account Representatives:

  • Represent businesses in a professional manner
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Motivate and guide customers through the collections process
  • Educate customers on available payment options
  • Discuss sensitive financial situations
  • Perform data entry on customer accounts
  • Establish rapport with customers
  • Provide positive outcome for customers and clients

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Simplicity & Nexus Lexis softwares
  • Professional communication and persuasion skills
  • Knowledge about the FDCPA Act and its applications
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work in a structured call center collections environment
  • Ability to perform data entry using multiple computer databases
  • A proven track record of strong performance
  • Ability to strategically manage complex projects
  • Proven track record of excellence and impeccable attention to detail
  • Independent motivation, high integrity, and result-oriented work ethic
  • Flexibility to work evening shifts
