THE OPPORTUNITY
Account Supervisor

The Account Supervisor is responsible for supporting the integrated team. This includes but is not limited to supporting the development of Lincoln integrated communication plans, strategies and creative; supporting client partners/vendors; hosting weekly status meetings with clients and managing of project budgets.
Responsible for driving opportunities for growth and partnership between client, agency and partners, all with the goal of successfully achieving clients’ marketing objectives while delivering creative excellence, effectiveness, savings and efficiency.
Directly reporting to this position is an Assistant Account Executive. The AS will be responsible for mentoring, training, and overseeing the responsibilities of the AAE. Ability to delegate work and lead a small team will be needed.
This position requires outstanding communication and organization skills, excellent project management skills, creative problem solving to manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables.
In this role you will…
- Provide Day to Day support for Lincoln Integrated Client team
- Responsible for developing and managing creative for all media channels (Digital, Social, Broadcast, and Print)
- Host and support weekly meetings with Clients and Lincoln vendors
- Manage Lincoln Integrated Production Budget
- Manage internal processes and collaborations with internal team (Media, Strategy, Creative, Analytics)
- Develop and present client meeting presentations
- Direct team to ensure deliverables meet strategic objectives, budget, and timing requirements
- Facilitate or attend regular media & creative reviews with clients and agency teams.
- Manage creative development and production process
- Develop production plans that maximize cost efficiencies while delivering creative executions that meet requirements
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

- Possess the ability to reimagine the traditional marketing model to come up with modern/disruptive communication plans and activations
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills (ability to multi-task)
- Knowledge of Agency production processes
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to think strategically and understand performance metrics
- Relationship building and management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of advertising experience preferred.
