As the Corporate Development Manager - Merger and Acquisition (M&A) Strategy, you will lead the design of M&A strategy and execution of acquisition opportunities. The role requires outstanding analytical and advisory skills, commercial thinking, corporate M&A Skills, the ability to plan, manage and deliver projects independently, excellent communication/influencing skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the leadership team and acquisition candidates.

Job Requirements:

Researching various geographic market conditions

Devising M&A strategies, identifying companies that are viable acquisition targets

Conducting financial due diligence

Carrying out financial modeling that supports the assessment of M&A opportunities

Conduct weekly meetings with leadership to discuss ongoing activities and opportunities

Leading the transaction process, including operational due diligence, synergy review, "day-one" reading assistance, and assistance to the acquisition candidate during the transaction process

Strong competencies in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, deal execution, post-acquisition integration planning, as well as a strong working knowledge of accounting
