Trilogy is hiring a Human Resource Generalist for a full-time position in Kearney, NJ.
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for the daily functions of the Human Resource department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assignments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, and professional development in all NJ warehouse facilities.
2. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental supervisors to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
3. Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
4. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters: disputes and investigations; performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational safety; and training and development.
5. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
6. Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
7. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
8. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
9. Provide leadership and development to the operational team.
10. Correctly interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. SHRM-CP a plus.

3. Principles and practices of project management.
4. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.

4. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s warehouse.
5. Fine motor coordination, fine finger dexterity, manual dexterity, and eye-hand-foot coordination are required.
6. May be required to wear a protective hard hat, reflective clothing, earwear, eyewear, gloves, footwear, or other required protective attire.
