JobOverview :
We are seeking adetailoriented and experienced HR Generalist to join our HumanResources team. The HR Generalist will be responsible forperforming a wide range of HR functions including recruitmentemployee relations benefits administration and HR compliance.
Theideal candidate will have strong communication skills excellentinterpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of HR bestpractices.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Recruitment andOnboarding :
- Assistwith the recruitment process including job postings resumescreening and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinatenew employee onboarding including conducting orientations andfacilitating the completion of new hirepaperwork.
- EmployeeRelations :
- Serveas a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns providingguidance and support as needed.
- Assist with theresolution of employee relations issues including conductinginvestigations and implementing correctiveactions.
- BenefitsAdministration :
- Administeremployee benefits programs including health insurance retirementplans and other employee benefits.
- Assistemployees with benefits enrollment changes andinquiries.
- HRCompliance :
- Ensurecompliance with federal state and local employment laws andregulations.
- Maintain accurate and uptodateemployee records and HRdocumentation.
- PerformanceManagement :
- Assistwith performance management processes including performanceappraisals goal setting and employee developmentplans.
- HRPolicies andProcedures :
- Assistin the development and implementation of HR policies andprocedures.
- Ensure employees are aware of andunderstand company policies andprocedures.
- TrainingandDevelopment :
- Coordinateand facilitate employee training programs andinitiatives.
- Identify training needs andrecommend appropriate trainingsolutions.
- HRReporting andAnalytics :
- Prepareand analyze HR metrics and reports identifying trends and areas forimprovement.
- Provide HR data and insights tosupport decisionmaking.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or a related field.
- 23 years ofexperience in HR with exposure to various HRfunctions.
- Strong understanding of HR bestpractices and employment laws.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
- Detailoriented with strongorganizational and time managementskills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality andhandle sensitive information.
