About us:

We are a small business catering to other businesses, schools, organizations, and individuals in need of apparel, signage, and creative solutions. We specialize in the decoration of blank inventory using methods of embroidery, screen printing, vinyl, sublimation, etc. Being a small business with less than 10 employees we are very close, communication and flexibility are our top priorities!

About the role:

This role will be a combination of different creative processes including but not limited to vinyl cutting, embroidery, and customer service. Employee would need to be proficient in several areas and be willing to learn new skills in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Designing logos/graphics in a timely manner.
• Patiently communicating with customers in person and on the phone/email.
• Writing up orders/checking inventory and pricing.
• Operation of embroidery machines, Roland vinyl cutter, heat press, and computer programs associated with job duties.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw.
• Ability to answer phones and perform customer service such as taking orders, researching items/pricing, and operating cash register.
• Must be proficient with computers and able to learn new programs.
• Ability to complete strenuous activities such as lifting and standing for long periods of time.
• Willingness to cross-train and learn new techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.30 - $15.00 per hour
