Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Duties:
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. JR errands as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, note taking necessary information.
- Maintain cleanliness before/after meetings.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks/organization.
- Coordinate projects and follow up on action items.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments and travel.
- Provide support within our teams as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Assist with projects/coordinating administrative tasks/prepare for meetings when required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer literacy including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in a clerical or office assistant role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in project coordination is a plus.
- Knowledge of calendar management and scheduling techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
