Hughes Autoformers in Anaheim is looking for a talented self-starter to join a small, but fast-growing company. We are the manufacturer of the original patented Hughes Autoformer an RV Voltage Booster. We have recently introduced the world’s first and most advanced line of RV surge protectors – The Power Watchdog. We are looking for the right candidate to help us grow this company. This is a great opportunity for an entry level/college graduate seeking a challenging, fast paced full time job.
The job will entail a broad mix of data entry and Quick Books mainly. Other components would be inventory receiving into Quick Books, Invoicing, some A/R and A/P as well as other duties as needed.
Required Qualities:
- Must be very comfortable with Quick Books. We use Quick Books Enterprise and Manufacturing Solutions. Training or Classes may be offered to the right candidate.
- Strong verbal and written customer service skills are required on the phone and via email. You may need to contact a vendor for payment/details, etc.
- Must be articulate and well spoken
- Must be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute – there will be a typing test
- Must be fluent with MS Office – Excel & Word, as well as email/Gmail
- Ability to adapt and change and take on other duties as assigned
- Must be personable, must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Motivated, self-starter that can multi-task effectively with minimal supervision
- High school diploma minimum – college degree preferred.
- High attention to detail, experience in a fast-paced office setting
- Any other computer skills, graphics skills, etc are a plus.

This is a FULL-TIME position with a minimum of 6 - 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Starting wage is $17 - $23 per hour, depending on experience. There is a 90 Day evaluation period. We do offer full health benefits, and 401K.
