The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to provide assistance, close quotations, resolve complaints, answer questions, provide quotations and process orders.
The focus of this position is to service our customers as quickly as possible while providing the best-in-class customer experience.
This position requires a person who enjoys selling, helping others, interacting with customers and colleagues as well as the ability to multitask.

Job Duties
- Process requests for quotes typically same day
- Verify customer orders for accuracy
- Answer customer questions about the company, quotes and orders
- Able to communicate with customers via phone, email, video or in person
- Resolve customer complaints
- Make changes to customer accounts
- Sell our products as needed
- Follow up on quotations
- Be the voice of the customer within Accurate Screw Machine
- Assist sales, manufacturing, and quality to understand customer demands
- Establish customer bonding and rapport
- Perform outbound customer prospecting and quotation follow-ups to close sales
- Review sales metrics and provide analytical data as needed
- Respond to technical inquiries and provide support via phone and email
- Working experience in an ERP system
Education
Associates degree or higher
Experience & Skills Required
- 2 3 years’ customer service and / or administrative experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to multitask and set priorities
- Must be knowledgeable of working in an ERP system
- Proficient in computer skills, Windows environment, and Microsoft office programs
- Able to learn our products
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Must be driven self-starter that works with little supervision
- Must be a Team player able to interact with all departments in the Company
