Job Description

To support our business growth in the German market we are looking for a German-speaking Senior Leadership Consultant to design, develop and implement Leadership Assessment and Development Programs. Join our virtual core team and seize this unique opportunity to grow your career with us! 

Responsibilities: 

·         Translate customer needs into learning interventions and programs 

·         Design customized and blended leadership development programs on a wide range of topics 

·         Leverage current building blocks to create new programs 

·         Deliver learning and leadership development programs 

·         Deliver Executive Coaching and feedback coaching with our CORE assessment products 

·         Deliver Train-the-Trainer programs for scaling 

Qualifications

Requirements: 

·         7 to 10 years of experience 

·         Experience gained in-house and/or with a consultancy firm 

·         University degree (Bachelor), in the field of Social Sciences, Master's degree desirable 

·         Experience with delivery at mid to senior level audience 

·         Coaching Certification (ICF) 

·         Traits: Self-awareness and inner confidence, Systems Thinking, Growth Mindset 

Location: Germany / Austria (remote) 

Skills: 

·         Instructional design of leadership development / learning programs and interventions (leadership journeys) 

·         Analytic skills: effective at articulating data and insights (pattern recognition) 

·         Strong business acumen and ability to converse effectively with business leaders 

·         Well connected in the field of expertise, know the latest models and skills required for effective leadership 

·         Client engagement skills to ensure high Net Promoter Score for Human Edge 

·         Experience with leadership assessment tools 

·         Technology: LearnDash and other (emerging) learning tools (e.g. Virtual and Augmented Reality) 

·         Language: Native German with Fluent (Bi-lingual) English skills
