HumanHire is partnering with one of Long Island's largest hospital systems in their search for an Administrative Assistant in their Timekeeping department.

- Pay: $23-25/hr (plus benefits & weekly pay!)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM

Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate recording of employees' work hours, including regular hours, overtime, and any additional time worked.
- Implement and enforce timekeeping policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws, hospital regulations, and any relevant industry standards.
- Collaborate with the payroll department to provide accurate and timely information for processing payroll, including any special considerations such as shift differentials or bonuses.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of employee attendance, time-off requests, and any other relevant timekeeping information, ensuring accessibility for audits or compliance checks.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree required
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
