The Revenue Core Functions Team is the backbone of the Revenue team and keeps the entire organization running smoothly. As a member of this team, you will act as a force multiplier on the implementation side of an already rapidly-scaling startup, enabling a business that is already exceeding growth targets to expand even faster. You'll own the first hand-off after a customer signs up with Human Interest. You will guide them through the implementation process, ensuring that customers are engaged and happy. Process-driven and people-focused - you are organized, friendly and flexible. And no joke, we go 24,791 mph, so you should be comfortable with change.

What you get to do every day

  • Support a successful implementation by collecting company and bank information from new clients
  • Proactively reach out to clients to book the set-up call
  • Obtain prior recordkeeper documentation and work with the Quality Control team to conduct benefits analysis
  • Work cross-functionally within our organization (specifically with operations and sales) to make sure customer needs are met
  • Drive processes forward, managing internal and external stakeholders to keep our customers engaged, happy, and on-track
  • Identify potential areas for process improvement to help the team scale
  • Other duties as assigned

What you bring to the role

  • 3 years of experience in a client-facing role in the financial or retirement industry preferred- i.e. account management, onboarding, sales
  • Working knowledge of the 401(k) product. Experience within 401(k) Implementation is a bonus
  • You thrive being a part of a team.
  • A “people person” who truly enjoys interacting with clients and can communicate difficult concepts fluidly
  • A strong work ethic, proactively following up with our customers and keeping them on track
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth software company where change is a constant
  • Meticulous attention to detail - rarely making typos and noticing discrepancies that others would miss
  • Ability to manage a queue of plans of your own and also be a contributing member of the implementation core team

Compensation - The range for this role is between $22 - $28 an hour. This information reflects a salary range for this position based on current market data, and may vary by location. Exact compensation will be determined by the candidates' skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
