Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell services to existing clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct warm calling to generate leads and expand the client base
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic recommendations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and meet targets
- Knowledge of technical sales or technology sales is a plus
