A leading automotive manufacturing firm is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Savannah, Georgia. As the Human Resources Generalist, you will assist the HR Manager in all HR-related tasks. We are seeking an individual with start-up HR experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist in organizing training & development initiatives.
  • Participate in performance management processes.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
