Home Healthcare Administrator

Human Touch Home Care seeking a Home Healthcare Administrator to join out team! As a Home Healthcare Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a home healthcare agency or organization. Your role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to patients in their homes, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. You will also be tasked with financial management, staff supervision, and strategic planning to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the agency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, direct and support a team of Nurses and Medical
• Work as a team to uphold the company's mission, vision and core values
• Develop, maintain, and implement nursing policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; as well as company policies & procedures
• Promote and champion employee and patient safety/ well being
• Monitor/audit staff practices and implementation for quality assurance
• Evaluate the company's nurse program and individual performance to ensure the best possible patient clinical outcomes and satisfaction

Qualification:

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical director level experience in Home Health with Medicare experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor/manager
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health related field preferred
• Prior experience with computer/software driven quality programs is a plus
• Understanding of and demonstrated success in achieving and maintaining Medicare/Medicaid standards
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: Onsite - Office setting
