Responsibilities:
- Lead, direct and support a team of Nurses and Medical
- Work as a team to uphold the company's mission, vision and core values
- Develop, maintain, and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; as well as company policies & procedures
- Promote and champion employee and patient safety/ well being
- Monitor/audit staff practices and implementation for quality assurance
- Evaluate the company's nurse program and individual performance to ensure the best possible patient clinical outcomes and satisfaction
Qualification:
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical director level experience in Home Health with Medicare experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor/manager
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health related field preferred
- Prior experience with computer/software driven quality programs is a plus
- Understanding of and demonstrated success in achieving and maintaining Medicare/Medicaid standards
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: Onsite - Office setting
