The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process, coordinating orientation and providing administrative support. ve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource:
- Extends written offer
- Schedules orientation (requesting all documents be brought to orientation)
- Coordinating and confirming shadow visit for clinicians
- Updating Intake when a new clinician is ready to start seeing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure that clients receive accurate information and assistance during their interactions with the company.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal staff to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
- Assist with maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows
- Mail medical documentation to patients.
