Responsibilities
The Lead Product Manager Leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to validation to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and generate financial value. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Influences leadership on what new products and services or enhancements (often segment specific) are required to achieve financial goals. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgment, requiring analysis of variable factors, to determine the best course of action to drive meaningful business results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 6 years of technical experience, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of project leadership experience
- Healthcare experience

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$123,800 - $170,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
