As healthcare moves increasingly to the home, the ability to transport critical therapies to our members is becoming increasingly important.
The Lead Technical Product Manager blends business acumen with technical understanding to drive future capability for a suite of internal-customer focused Shipping and Logistics applications. The role exercises independent judgement and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Developing a deep understanding of strategic aims of the business and representing them through clear product requirements and communication.
- Conducts regular analyses of internal systems, benchmarks against industry, and explores new ways to improve company products.
- Works with senior leadership to develop product vision, roadmap, and strategy and advises on functional strategies.
- Working with the development team to ensure that product requirements are understood.
- Support Engineering team to ensure goals are met on time.
- Ensure that features are documented and prioritized to align with larger strategic objectives.
- Work within a SAFE Agile development methodology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-8 years of technical experience, or equivalent
- 2 years of project leadership experience - open to candidates with the vision and drive to manage the work.
- Experience managing and delivering technical products
- Background in managing technology/shipping/logistics
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Located near a CW Pharmacy (Orlando, West Chester, Phoenix)
