The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring that they are providing high-quality care to our patients. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures.

- Pay: $150,000 - $175,000/yr

- Schedule: 8:30 am-5 pm (M – F) Fully on-site
Responsibilites:
- Develop and implement the nursing department's goals and objectives
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of the nursing staff
- Set and monitor the nursing department's budget
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the nursing department
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the nursing department
- Represent the nursing department to the hospital administration and other external stakeholders
- Ensure that the nursing department complies with all applicable regulations
Qualifications:
- Registered nurse (RN) license
- Master's degree in nursing preferred
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in nursing leadership
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
