About the team:
FIS Fraud Fusion Team provides fraud industry guidance to stakeholders on operations under the governance of Banking and Merchant Solutions; proactively mitigating fraud losses for our customers and our organization and providing a positive client experience.
What you will be doing:
FIS Fraud Fusion Team oversees impactful fraud trend activity and focuses on proactive measures to mitigate fraud losses to FIS and our customers:
Identifying and announcing fraud activity via case management system, internal triggers, and email-initiated escalations
Understanding and communicating customer and internal impacts of fraud scheme and mitigation efforts
Announce mitigation strategies to Leadership
Main duties and responsibilities:
Working individual alerts linked to active fraud schemes
Mitigating illicit activity as quickly as possible
Bring awareness to business leaders regarding impactful fraud trends
Formulate remediation efforts from key players
Utilize logging mechanisms to proactively identify fraud
What you bring:
Substantial Fraud Industry Knowledge
Strong Microsoft Office Tool Familiarity
Key organizational skills
Effective Communication and ability to identify diverse approaches for problem solving
Added bonus if you have:
Internal FIS Business Knowledge
Criminal Justice Degree
Cyber Security certifications or associated industry degrees
