This job mixes traditional IT support with in-person set ups so good customer service skills are important. At times you will be moving and lifting equipment around an office setting so proper bending and lifting techniques are a must.
Compensation for the IT Help Desk Support
The wage for this position is $22 per hour. The schedule is M-F with a flexible 8-hour shift start time from 7-9am. This position will be ongoing temporary with the opportunity for hiring for rockstars.

- Strong Work Ethic
- Help Desk Experience
- Quick learner
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Must have own vehicle with proof of insurance and valid drivers’ license
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Microsoft Suite Proficiency
- Windows 8 professional experience
- Experience in a Help Desk ticketing software called Change Gear
- Experience with help desk tracking system preferred
- Excellent diagnostic/troubleshooting and communication skills are required
- Proficient typing skills are required
- Experience training users in Microsoft Office products preferred
